Very pleased with thoroughness and standard of work. Everything was left clean and tidy at the end of both days. Even took the trouble to re-grout where there was some missing in tiles. Already noticing the improved performance of heating and hot water.
Gas safe certificate on an outdoor kitchen
I phoned last minute to get a gas certificate done for a propane tank on an outdoor kitchen. I was given a time slot the next day, the engineer arrived on time and carried out everything that I needed. Very professional company, would definitely recommend!!

Excellent service survey to installation
We give GWE five stars despite some problems during the installation. Firstly the initial survey and quote were professionally carried out. Questions were encouraged and were answered clearly and logically. Further question arising from the other quotes obtained were welcomed and answered.We requested the condensate pipe to be passed through a cabinet and behind the washing machine. Unfortunately unknown by us an unmarked two water pipes and an electric cable were hidden the plaster. The damage to these was quickly repaired. At all stages of the installation we were kept informed of progress and consulted on all options and issues. The flushing process was very thorough. Three different engineers were involved in the installation each was professional and helpful. The office staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. We can't think of anything GWE could have done to a higher standard.
Excellent service provided by GWE
Allan was brilliant. Arrived when he said he would and left our home spotless. He went above and beyond in every sense with the work he carried out - our boiler made it tricky for him but the way he carried out the work was exceptional!WE CANNOT PRAISE HIM ENOUGH!!!Would definitely recommend GWE and Allan to anyone that required Boiler work!
